The region covers Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Sussex and the parts of Surrey, Middlesex and Kent that are outside London.
British Swimming Nominates Region Swimmers for Beijing Paralympic Games

British Swimming has today nominated two of the region's swimmers for the British team for the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games.

Nominations are now open for the 2008 ASA South East Regional Awards. The Region is delighted to announce that there are seven categories this year. The first five categories will automatically be nominated for the National Aquaforce Volunteer Awards.
Synchro Swimmers Selected for Team GB

The British Olympic Association (BOA) has selected two synchronised swimmers from the region for Team GB at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

- BAGCAT Championships (31 May/1 June, 14/15 June)
Full results for all sessions of the Youth Championships are now available.
Closing dates for entries for the BAGCAT competition is Monday May 12th.
Major Events
Olivia Allison and Jenna Randall from Rushmoor have been selected for Team GB at Beijing 2008 after competing at the qualification tournament in Beijing.
Redhill & Reigate's Louise Watkin and Oxford's Danielle Watts have been nominated for the British team at the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games.
